Malvasia form Salento IGP

Dry wine obtained from the vine of the Malvasia variety.

Method of harvesting: by hand, with grape sorting

Vinification: white with boiling must and grafting of selected yeasts at controlled temperature.

Dry rose wine obtained from the vine of black malvasia, which is a local variety of Lecce (southern Apulia) after a short maceration of the clusters.

Yields per acre: 8,000 - 9,000 kg

Method of harvesting: by hand, with grape sorting

Vinification: white with 6/7 hour contact with peel and must.
Barrel type: Stainless steel for keeping the temperature.

Bottling: Cold at low temperatures.

Organoleptic examination: typical Proven style light coral red.
Taste: mild, delicious, fruity.
Aroma: intense and light with raspberry and strawberry flavors.
