Travarica
Four times distilled Croatian herbal liquor produced in a pot with a distillation column. This is a herb with a combination of specially selected and hand-picked botanists from Istria. This is a classic herbal liquor made according to an old preserved homemade recipe. It is a very good combination of tradition and modern production. This herbal liquor is especially suitable as a digestive, but would also be suitable as an aperitif.
Traditional Istrian herbal liquo is flavored with maceration of 15 different Mediterranean herbs and aged for 6 months in barriq barrels. The smell is pleasant and reminiscent of walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and sage. It tastes dry, warm and even slightly mild, but still pleasant, with an intense long and bitter finish.
