SANTERO is a family owned company that has been producing wines for generations, with unchanged love and passion. Is located in the Santo Stefano BeIbo, in the birthplace of the poet Cesare Pavese, in heart of “Langa” area in the Province of Cuneo (Piedmont Region). It was back in the post war period when the Santero brothers Leopoldo, Renzo, Aldo e Adelia, following their father Pietro’s footsteps, who had already started to produce wine in a small farm in Cafasso, consolidated their entrepreneurial spirit. In 1958, among thousanduncertainties, with only one -fifth of the money necessary to buy it, they purchased and started a winery placed in Santo Stefano Selbo equipped for the production of sparkling and still wines.
