Rum
Ron Centenario is a rum brand from Costa Rica that is known to have a great climate for growing sugar cane. Due to its incredible sweetness, the resulting rum is extremely harmonious and versatile in taste, making it the perfect drink that can be enjoyed either on its own or in long drinks and cocktails. To create the product Ron Centenario they mix several five-year-old rums and then age them for another two years in oak barrels. This provides a rounded and multi-layered tasting experience that all rum lovers should have.
The first thing that will catch your attention at Ron Centenario 7 Let Añejo Especial will be its pristine gold color. When you open the bottle, you will notice the smell of cherries, vanilla and oak, which are a great precursor to the actual taste of rum, which is dominated by vanilla, cherry and oak.

Rum
This 30-year-old rum marks the pinnacle of rum from Costa Rica.
For this bottling, the oldest barrels of Latin American distillery rum were opened, and from them flowed a mixture of soft and heavy premium rums used in the so-called Solera process.
The barrels are white and burnt from the inside. Their initial filling is carried out with whiskey. The rum is then put in a barrel. Each barrel is delicious before and after filling and cataloged to later create this unique blend.
An open process is used for fermentation, which ensures the homogeneity of the process. With up to 30 years old sprouts, only a few bottles are produced each year from: Ron Centenario 30 Años Edicion Limitada.
At the 2011 International Spirits Challenge, this rum took first place among 700 participating spirits.
